**33 and Thriving: Life Lessons for Growth and Success**

Turning 33 feels like a significant milestone, a perfect time to reflect on the wisdom I've gained and set a clear path for the future. Here’s what I’ve learned and how I’m planning to grow even further.

1. Prioritize My Needs and Wants

In the past, I often put others first, but 33 is about knowing what I need and want. Prioritizing myself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary for growth.

2. Own My Part in Discomfort

I’ve learned that discomfort or feeling like I’m on the wrong path is often a result of my own decisions. Taking accountability empowers me to change course and align with my true self.

3. No More Free Energy or Ideas

My time and energy are valuable. I’ve decided to stop giving away my ideas or efforts for free. It's about valuing myself and ensuring my contributions are respected.

4. Focus on Future-Focused Decisions

Making decisions based on where I want to be, rather than where I am now, has been transformative. This mindset shift ensures I’m always moving forward.

5. Holding Others Accountable

It’s crucial to hold people accountable and place them where they belong in my life. This isn’t just about my journey; it’s about ensuring those around me respect and support it.

6. Betting on Myself

I’m betting on myself every time because I know my worth. Confidence is key, and I’m determined not to lose.

7. Travel and Create Memories

Travel has become a priority. Not just for me, but for my kids too. I want to fill their childhood with rich experiences, so they have memories to cherish forever.

8. Character Counts

In every situation, character counts. It’s the foundation of trust and respect, both for myself and in how I interact with others.

9. Trusting the Process

Patience has been a lesson in itself. Trusting the process, even when the road is tough, is essential for achieving my goals.

10. Listen to My Energy

I’ve learned to listen to my energy and honor it. It’s a guide to understanding when something aligns with me—or when it doesn’t.

11. The Power of Saying 'No'

Saying 'no' to things that don’t align with my mental health is an act of self-care. It’s about protecting my peace and staying focused on what truly matters.

12. Grow Where I Am Planted

I’ve embraced the idea of growing where I am planted and ensuring I’m watered—whether through self-care, supportive relationships, or new opportunities.

13. Focus on What I Can Control

Worrying about what’s out of my control is wasted energy. My focus is now on what I can change and how I can positively influence my life.

14. Accept More Love

I’m learning to accept more love than I give. It’s about allowing others to care for me and embracing the support they offer.

15. Regular Self-Check-Ins

Regular self-reflection is key. I check in with myself often, reevaluating my alignment and making adjustments as needed.

16. Value Memories

I’m more focused on creating and valuing memories. They are what truly last and define a life well-lived.

17. Applying Pressure

Pressure creates diamonds. I’m applying pressure in my life, recognizing and acknowledging the hard work I’ve put in to achieve my goals.

18. Keep Business Ideas Close

My business ideas are precious. I’ve learned to share them only with those who are genuinely invested in my success.

19. Love My Kids Fully

Loving my kids as I always planned is non-negotiable. I’m committed to giving them a childhood they don’t have to recover from.

20. Demonstrate Transformational Leadership

True leadership isn’t about telling others what to do; it’s about showing them through my actions. I aim to be a leader who inspires true transformation.

21. Speak My Truth

Bottling up my experiences is no longer an option. I’m speaking my truth, sharing my journey, and letting my voice be heard.

22. Release My Dreams

I’m done with just dreaming. It’s time to release the projects I’ve held onto and bring my visions to life.

23. Be Authentically Me

Authenticity in every relationship is a must. I’m embracing who I truly am and showing up as myself in all my connections.

24. Demand Accountability in Business

People need to stand on business when it comes to supporting me. I expect nothing less than full commitment and accountability.

25. Read the Energy of Others

I’ve learned to pay attention to the energy of others, rather than projecting what I want them to be. This keeps me grounded in reality.

26. Break Generational Curses

Breaking generational curses is a mission I’m dedicated to. I’m doing it in real time, ensuring the future is brighter for my family.

27. Trust in God’s Plan

No matter how different life looks, I trust in God’s plan. His path for me is perfect, and I’m learning to follow it with faith, not fear.

28. Heal from Past Relationships

Healing from past relationships that no longer serve me is crucial. It’s about letting go and moving forward with a clear heart and mind.

29. Go After What’s Meant for Me

I’m no longer afraid to go after everything God has for me. Fear has no place in my journey—only faith and determination do.

30. Stay calm!

31. Stay focused!

32. Stay optimistic!

33. Stay in my own lane!

---

At 33, I’m embracing all of these lessons and more. I’m excited for the growth, challenges, and successes that lie ahead, knowing that with each step, I’m becoming the person I was always meant to be.
