I am incredibly excited about what this year will bring for Parent Promise Non-Profit Organization!

A Special Shoutout to 3E Consulting and Training LLC

First, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to 3E Consulting and Training LLC for trusting us as their partner and believing in our parent support initiatives. This collaboration means so much, and I can’t wait to see the impact we create together.

A Personal Reflection on Change and Growth

Now, let me be real with you all—I’d be lying if I didn’t share the real behind-the-scenes emotions about moving forward in this journey.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying organized. Before this year even started, I came across the book The 12-Week Year, and let me tell you—it’s been a game changer! I’ve been listening to the audiobook and have already planned out the four quarters of this year. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by a full-year plan, I’m breaking things down into 12-week cycles, and I’m excited to see the progress I make by the end of Q1.

A Career Shift and Full-Circle Moment

If you’ve followed my journey, you know I transitioned into IT in June 2024. While I’ve learned so much and built an incredible network, I’ve realized how tough it can be to break into higher-paying roles without the right connections. I still see IT playing a role in my future, but for now, I’ve decided to return to the mental health field and carve out the lane I’ve always envisioned for myself.

This brings me to an exciting new chapter…

Joining Forces with 3E Consulting and Training LLC

I am thrilled to announce my new partnership with Dr. Wallace and 3E Consulting and Training LLC! My official role? Well, according to Dr. Wallace, it’s “Everything”—but in reality, I’ll be stepping in as Operations Manager.

Dr. Wallace has played a pivotal role in my success as a mental health professional, and now, being able to partner with her to build a team that creates real impact is beyond exciting!

OhioRise Provider & Parent Education Opportunities

ree

Starting April 2024, Parent Promise will be hosting monthly parent education meetings for families enrolled in OhioRise services.

These meetings will provide:

✅ A support network for parents of at-risk youth

Tools and strategies to strengthen parenting skills

Parent Empowerment Kits to encourage ongoing engagement and care

We truly believe these opportunities will be transformational for the families we serve.

This year is all about reflecting, thinking, planning, and then making the change happen. I can’t wait to see what unfolds next!

Let’s make an impact, together. 💙
